Leighton Meester, an American singer, model, actor and songwriter, is a multi-talented talent. Her most well-known role is portraying the character of "Blair Waldorf" in the drama television series "Gossip Girl." Leighton Meester started her career as a child. She was featured on a stage in her home town the production of 'The Wizard of Oz'. The show sparked her passion for acting. The first roles she had were modeling as well as in commercials.
